We want you to feel confident when shopping at Alomile. If something is not right, we are here to help.

30-Day Return Window

You can return your order within 30 days of delivery, as long as the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Condition for Return

For hygiene and safety reasons, we can only accept returns of products that have not been opened or used.
If the seal is broken or the product has been opened, we cannot offer a return or refund.

Refunds

Once the returned product arrives at our warehouse and passes inspection, we will issue a 100% refund to your original payment method.
Refunds are processed after the product has been received and verified.

Return Shipping Costs

Delivery to you is free of charge, but return shipping is paid by the customer.
The return shipping cost will be provided to you during the cancellation process before you send the product back.
